WHAT TYPES OF TRAINING DO YOU OFFER?
I specialize in training one on one or couples sessions. Sessions booking at one hour per session. I work with men and women of all ages, regardless of abilities/disabilities. Massage therapy devices for recovery, weight loss for Pre and Post Gastric Bypass/Gastric Sleeve operations are also areas of specialty. Virtual training sessions are also available, please contact me for more information.
WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is when you use both the developments of ones education and experiences to assist an individual/client or individuals/clients in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance.
WHY IS YOUR COACHING DIFFERENT?
Each client has a taylor made nutrition and training program that fits their specific lifestyle with daily accountability.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Clients who pay MONTHLY RATES training sessions must cancel with a twenty-four hours’ advance notice, or the client will be charged for the session. Rescheduled sessions will be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis. If Client is more than 15 minutes late for a training session and has not notified Trainer, Client will be considered a no-show and will be charged for the session without participating. If Client is consistently late, loss of a time slot and / or training may occur in Trainer’s discretion. Time slots cannot be guaranteed after lengthy vacations or time away without prior communication.
